When you work with our team, you get all the benefits of hiring an experienced finance team. We help you take financial control of your business, enabling you to focus on your core business.
Accurate bookkeeping is essential to your company’s long-term viability. Experienced, affordable, and reliable, we serve a variety of industries and clients. When you outsource your bookkeeping services to us you get personalized service and access to state of the art technology and systems.
If you are just starting a business, we will set up reporting and recordkeeping systems that make it easy for you to keep track of where your money is going. If you have been in business for a while, but need help cleaning up your books, we will work with you to streamline your bookkeeping and set up a system of checks and balances.
We can also prepare compiled financial statements which incorporate Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). A compilation is an accounting term that means you are receiving traditional financial statements with limited certification of the accuracy of the statements as opposed to other forms of certified financial statements such as Audits or Reviews.
We help you develop tax planning strategies that build a foundation for future success whilst minimizing current obligations and cash outflows.
As your trusted advisors, we evaluate your individual tax situation and guide you through any tax challenges that develop. Our goal is to minimize your tax liability so that you can keep more of your hard-earned money.
It’s also our job to stay up to date on current federal and state tax laws through continuing education and hiring experienced staff to protect you from risk.

Businesses of all sizes benefit from hiring senior financial leadership, but it’s not always cost-effective or changes may create temporary gaps. We provide functional services or outsourced talent to fill these critical needs. We are your strategic partner, when and where you need one.
There are three types of CPA certified financial statements:
Compilations. With this service, we’ll prepare traditional financial statements with limited certification of the inputs. There is no verification that the numbers presented in the statements are accurate and the financial statements produced are for management and third-party use.
Reviews. More involved than a compilation, but not as comprehensive as an audit, reviews provide limited assurance around financial statement accuracy. Key personnel are interviewed about the company’s accounting policies and procedures, industry, operations, and financial statements in order to prepare the review report.
Audits. Audit services are the highest level of service and assurance provided. We work closely with key personnel to gain knowledge of internal control systems (e.g., checks and balances). Verification and substantiation procedures are performed in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS).
Which financial statement you need depends on the level of assurance or financial accuracy you or your advisors and financial partners are seeking. For instance, you may decide a compilation is all you need this year, but in subsequent years, you may decide that a review – or even an audit – provides better information about your financials and enables you to make better decisions about the future growth of your company. It is also possible that a third party, such as a creditor, may require a certain level of financial statement preparation based on their relationship with your company.
