Context:
Our client needed assistance evaluating and restructuring its current working capital and credit lines.
Approach & Results:
- We managed and supported the M&A due diligence process and evaluated potential transactions and sources of capital from current and prospective financial institutions.
- We effectively restructured and negotiated working capital debt/equity credit lines and interest rate.
- We led and coordinated due diligence review process with the selected financial institution yielding a significantly larger credit line and lower interest rate on their credit facilities.
