Project: Financial Statement Review
Context:
Our client needed a review of their quarterly and annual filings prior to presenting to the auditors in order to mitigate deficiencies in their controls.
Approach & Results:
- We reviewed the financial statements and footnotes for appropriate and complete disclosures. We inquired about certain accounting treatments and transactions as issues were noted. We provided comments and changes to disclosures, as necessary.
- We evaluated compliance with requirements in the company portion of periodic filings.
