Context:
Our client, owner of a privately held boutique tax consulting services practice was transitioning to a full-time corporate executive role and was seeking to monetize his tax practice portfolio comprised of corporate and high net-worth clients.
Approach & Results:
We successfully acquired the business through an advanced on-boarding process, integrating the new tax client portfolio into our existing tax unit. The activities included clearing back-returns and supporting go-forward expansion of the book. The wider service menu created better client/service provider contact and value proposition across the new book. The new, scaled-up business line propelled Vine to add tax leadership with enhanced emphasis on improved customer experience and timely professional tax services which led to high client retention and customer satisfaction.
