Project: Risk Infrastructure and CTRM Implementation
Context:
Our client needed assistance to review its risk management program which included conducting a CTRM system selection project for improving commodity trading and operations and implementing the selected CTRM solution.
Approach & Results:
We assisted our client to design and implement an enterprise risk management trading structure which covered organizational structure, corporate and business unit risk policies and limits, trading strategies, and corresponding risk/internal controls and processes to support their growing commodity business/portfolio. Our services also included assisting the client to select and implement a CTRM solution for two primary trading locations. Base logistics, risk management, settlements, and general ledger (G/L) functionality was required. Custom curve development and position reporting was developed and implemented.
