Context:
Our client had different business processes and systems across its primary business entities. The client found it difficult to measure holistic business profitability performance and associated drivers across different product lines. Leadership sought to have one common process for the newly added/acquired business division and have the ability to track and measure profitability across multiple product lines and customer base.
Approach & Results:
Approach: Conducted a broad business process standardization and integration process across multiple business units via enterprise-wide implementation of ERP JD Edwards, TMS: Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Business Intelligence: Oracle Data Relationship Manager (DRM), BI solution from Oracle (OBIEE), Customer Self Service Portal: Oracle WebCenter and Oracle Fusion Middleware, and developed a profitability solution based on JD Edwards, Hyperion, and OBIEE.
Results: A successful implementation across six manufacturing plants, five seed repacking locations, and 97 retail locations across the U.S.
