Our client needed a review of their financial statements.
Approach & Results:
- We reviewed the financial statements and footnotes for appropriate and complete disclosures.
- We inquired about certain accounting treatments and transactions as issues were noted. We provided edits to the financial statement disclosures, as necessary.
- We evaluated compliance with requirements in the organization by-laws.
