Context:
Our client, with complex manufacturing and inventory accounting cycles, was unable to obtain traditional bank financing for its business.
Approach & Results:
We successfully led the business through a nine-month process that involved retro-fitting their financial accounting and reporting processes to enable the bank to complete credit underwriting and allow the bank to fund the company with needed working capital. Our work involved creating financial forecasts to demonstrate how the loan would be repaid and advising the business owners through the credit application process.
