Context:
Our client needed urgent bookkeeping and general accounting services due to their bookkeeper’s sudden departure.
Approach & Results:
- We reviewed their QuickBooks system, learned their processes and quickly identified unreported transactions and unreconciled accounts, and were proactive in working directly with vendors to reconcile open payables.
- Accounting services were performed remotely and included monthly account reconciliations, consolidations, inter-company accounts and stock issuances.
- We managed their QuickBooks remote capabilities, training staff, and troubleshooting whenever users had issues.
