Context:
Our client lacked an ERM program. Though familiar with ERM, they were short on the internal resources and experience needed to bring concept to reality. They needed grass-roots help designing, developing, and implementing an ERM custom-made for their organization.
Approach & Results:
Approach: We provided a team of ERM specialists to design an ERM program which included initial risk assessments across the company, with identification of key group risks. The team also developed a formal risk mitigation plan that was reviewed and approved by Executive Management and the Board.
Results: Prepared an ERM framework, policy, and manual for the Company. Identified risk appetite and quantified tolerances. Constructed a key-risk register based on multiple risk assessments conducted within the Company. Approved the risk mitigation plans for budget. Analyzed links between the client’s risks and their strategic objectives.
