Prior to the Vine, Carlos founded a public accounting firm specializing in audits of small and medium size businesses in a broad range of industries. He was previously a Partner with a regional accounting firm for four years, a Senior Manager with BDO Seidman, LLP for four years, and Manager, Senior and Staff Auditor for other national accounting firms for ten years. His private industry experience was as Manager of SEC Reporting for Compaq Computer Corporation for one year.
