Our client had messy data from many sources that was managed on multiple spreadsheets resulting in redundant and sometime contradictory analyses across different desks.
Approach & Results:
We centralized data collection, quality control, and storage procedures, developed a standardized toolkit and procedural guidelines for statistical analysis, and created custom dashboards via a common set of BI tools.
